What the quality gate covers

Dimensional checks on critical features, threads and fits, surface finish, hardness and coatings, torque and functional tests, cleanliness and ESD handling for electronics, visual standards for cosmetics, labeling and packaging compliance, and regulatory confirmations such as REACH/RoHS and preferential origin. For measurement reliability we run MSA and gauge R&R; equipment is calibrated to ISO/IEC 17025 traceability. When stock is held in our bonded warehouse, rework, relabeling, or kitting can occur under customs control without triggering unnecessary duties or Swiss VAT; re-exports leave Switzerland without Swiss VAT when applicable.

All receipts generate ASN/GRN events and post results directly to your ERP via EDI/API (SAP QM, Oracle, MS Dynamics, Infor).
