BACH INDUSTRY AG designs and executes functional testing to customer specifications in Switzerland, acting as a quality gate before parts reach your line or your customer.
Request a QuoteYour drawing and specification become an executable test method. We translate requirements into measurable criteria—inputs, operating ranges, pass/fail limits, sampling depth, environmental conditions—and choose the right approach: end-of-line tests for assemblies, incoming verification for buy-parts, or 100% screening for safety-critical features. Typical coverage includes torque and force profiles, leak/pressure integrity, flow and vacuum, electrical continuity and resistance, hipot/dielectric strength, basic firmware flashing and I/O checks, dimensional-plus-functional sequences, and light duty cycle or burn-in where the specification demands it.
The process starts with a short engineering call to fix scope: interfaces, load cases, sensors and transducers, cycle time, GR&R targets, data fields, labeling, and reporting. We then create the test plan and, when required, design fixtures or benches—manual, PLC-controlled, or PC-based (e.g., LabVIEW/DAQ)—using calibrated gauges and traceable standards. Control limits are derived from your tolerances and risk profile; sampling follows your plan or our proposal (from AQL to 100%). For regulated programs we align with APQP/PPAP, FAIR/FAI, and IQ/OQ/PQ conventions.
Every run generates structured evidence: timestamped results, raw readings, pass/fail flags, photos where useful, operator and equipment IDs, and links to the exact drawing and revision used. Lots and serials remain traceable through measurement reports, COC/COA, and device history records. Non-conformities trigger immediate quarantine and an NCMR; when you ask us to drive supplier improvement, we open a SCAR and manage the 8D to closure with effectiveness checks. All equipment is maintained on a calibration schedule traceable to ISO/IEC 17025 references.
Testing can sit at incoming goods inspection in Switzerland, as an in-process step during commissioning and kitting, or at pre-shipment for finished assemblies. If stock waits in our bonded warehouse, we can perform testing, relabeling, or minor rework under customs control—deferring duty and Swiss VAT until release, or avoiding both on re-export. Results flow into your ERP via EDI/API (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, Infor) together with ASN/receipt postings and serial/lot capture.
Automotive programs benefit from IATF 16949 discipline and PPAP submissions; aerospace uses AS9100 with AS9102 FAIR; medical devices align to ISO 13485 expectations. Electronics can add IPC-A-610 acceptance criteria and ESD handling. We also manage REACH/RoHS statements, preferential origin (REX/EUR.1), HS classification support, and T1/NCTS transit where lanes require it.
Engage per project or under framework/blanket orders with clear SLAs and KPIs. Pricing makes TCO visible by separating fixture build (when needed), test cycle time, documentation, storage, and logistics. Finished goods are available duty-paid or duty-free (OZL) with contractual call-off within five working days. Standard components can ship immediately from Swiss stock with no minimum order quantity. We sell and ship with consistent buy/cost logic across Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Liechtenstein, Belgium, and Africa.
Expect fewer line stops, faster acceptance, and tighter PPM/DPPM. Lead times stabilize because failures are caught upstream. Supplier development accelerates when test data is objective, comparable, and easy to audit. Your teams gain clean evidence for customer audits and regulatory files without building extra internal capacity.
Send your drawings, specification, and any existing test instructions or fixtures. We return a test concept and plan, cycle-time estimate, and AI-backed sourcing/production route for the underlying parts. After your approval we build or validate the fixture, lock the method, and start delivering functionally tested, installation-ready components—backed by Swiss QA and customs-smart logistics.
